Yikes. Vonage Loses Another VoIP Patent Case To Verizon

A federal court today issued a permanent injunction barring the company from violating Verizon’s VoIP patents. Earlier this month, a jury found that Vonage was in violation of Verizon patents and Vonage was ordered to pay $58.5M in damages and an ongoing royalty of 5.5% of future sales. Vonage's stock continues its freefall.
