Intel Does Well But Its Still Not A Breakout Quarter

Intel raised its profitability target for the second half of the year, saying that its turnaround plan and its new lineup of chips are working. JPMorgan and American Technology Research both upgraded their ratings on Intel in response. But the stock didn't move much.
